[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct service was worst | |
Sun direct didn't respond to my call and the customer care services are gives worst experience to me. They didn't accept calls from the customers from different users.. I complained about my balance deduction before 25days. They did not solve my problem. Once again i explained about my problem. I recharged rs 212 (Telugu pack), additionally rs 25 for zee network. My amount deducted but my wallet wasn't recharged. What is this service and how they can cheat their customers. I want explanation. I also sad with trai new regulations. How they taken these steps to create problems to normal peoples. We didn't know about the offers of these dth packs.
