Aswathi v nair I recharged for rs. 210/-. Into my sun direct account no: through sun direct website where payment is payed via citrus payment online banking on 17/04/2019. But the amount is not credited till now. Recharged again through shop it was been charged and channels are visible but the earlier amount is not yet credited in my bank account.in-fact rs 420/- is gone for charging for rs 210/-. Have complained in sundirect customer care, no solution found even the complaint number is not visible in the system. Very irresponsible staff and sun direct is cheating customers always by deducting their money and say that within 3 hours it will be credited after 3 hours they say within 24 hours it will be credited. Please do necessary action to get my amount back as early as possible.
