Sun Direct — sun direct - poor customer service and no resolution from more than a week | |||||
Hi, I am having 2 sundirect connections smart card # [protected] and smart card# [protected]. I did a recharge for [protected], but the recharge amount has gone to another smart card. I have called the customer service 4 to 5 times and no resolution so far to make my connection active even after recharge after 873 rs and 50 rs. The customer care raise a case and close it without solving the problem. Whenever i call they say it will be resolved tomorrow, but not resolved so far. Its more than 1 week now. Even no response to the email which was sent to ([protected]@sundirect.in). This is really worst service i have ever had The money has been eaten away and no connection or channels from the last 1 week. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
