Sun Direct — The top up amount adds unwanted channel automatically | |||||
My smart card number : [protected]. I topped up rs 49/- on my sun direct account on jun 18, 2016 07:49:35 pm for adding pogo channel for two months. The selection on their website was recharge for others. (Not monthly recharge) no where it was written that this rs 49 recharge is for football add on. After i topped up the amount, it was not showing the amount in my account balance. I contacted customer service through chat immediately - no response. I contacted the chat again on 19-6-16 and i got a shocking news that my amount is eaten up by football add on. He advised me for recharge for rs 100/-. This is the problem of the website, which is not given any information on this recharge. During my payment i could not find the word football anywhere on the website. The customer service executive rejected my request for adding rs 49 to my account balance. Why the customer has to suffer for the problem of the website. So kindly return my rs 49/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
