[Resolved] Sun Direct — tv channels not activated | |||
I recharged my account with amount of 50 through the sun direct app but sun direct representatives didn't activate my account after i called those representatives but i don't content their suggestion please justify me my dth no [protected] i am viewing this dth about past 20 months i tried so many times to contact customer care of this company they don't contact properly at present my subscription pack is dpo2 but 44 rs is showing in my account this validity expire date 25/5/2019 but it's representatives asked to me another amount to activate channels Due to this i suffered lot of please justify me in proper way i hope that you will take action against them Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is Kishore Iam using sun direct Network but problem is IAM take package from telugu but news channels not came sir pls provide all telugu news channels
I had did several request to their customer service but they are promising it will be very soon in to their platform, but almost one month is waiting to get this Chanels
Requesting your good office guide them to provide this free Chanel to their customers.
