[Resolved] Sun Direct — unable to activate the plan | |
My subscription got expired on feb 10th 2019. So, i recharged it for 500 rupees and tried activating the pack through app but it asked for smc password which we are not aware. Tried calling, chatting and email to customer care support for almost 2 days but not bothered to respond. Customer support numbers doesn't work. After lot of struggle, password has been reset by customer care executive. Now the 2nd issue, when we try to activate the pack it says insufficient balance please recharge. But the account balance is more than the recharge amount. Again trying to contact customer care, but no response. Its been almost 2 days but no luck. One of the worst customer support i have ever faced. No words to express the anger. Least bothered to support customers. Pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |
