[Resolved] Sun Direct — unable to change plan and recharge | |||
My mega offer connection expired last week. Now i require only malayalam channel under the scheme for rs 2028 per year, i could not re charge for the same. Consulted your customer care thrice but they failed to recharge, and asked me to contact an agent, he also failed. Now i am here to resolve the issue. Regards K. Abbas.
