[Resolved] Sun Direct — Unable to recharge and website is useless

I have tried to recharge many times but the amount gets deducted from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful. I tried to contact them via telephone but they are busy always. Their website is also not working. totally dissatisfied with sun direct services and their website.
