[Resolved] Sun Direct — unauthorised deactivation on channels | |||
Renewed my annual pack in nov 2018. Your cs executive i spoke to (1st week of fed) said no need change pack and old pack will continue till it expires. Now all channels have been deactivated, none of the tel nos are working neither is your website of any use. This is unauthorised and undesirable. Pl have it resolved at the earliest.
