I recharged my sun direct connection on[protected] for one year. But the subscription was expired on[protected] and they asked for new recharge. I recharged my connection for another one year without being aware of the situation and only after recharging I came to know about the situation. From the transaction history given in their web site it seems that the same has happened in the previous year also. I am attaching a screen shot of the transaction history as given in their website
