Sun Direct — Unresolved issue | |||
Smart Card Number [protected] I recharged ₹ 1189 on 9.8.23 (11.33 AM) but due Tech problem it is not credited to my sundth a/c. As per Bank, the amount is gone to Sun Direct Tv pvt ltd (Transaction Ref IGAPGHSYE7) My dthservice is disconnected since 4 days. Serveral email did. No resolution. Noe I am going to request to the Bank for chargeback. I am a customer since 16 years and never experienced this type of issue. Dont know whom should I approach.
