[Resolved]  Sun Direct — unresponsive

I had been calling the sun direct team since weeks and after the ivr they do it get me connected to the representative. I’m highly unhappy with this.

Additionally i have to change my mobile number in sun direct from my old one to new one.

New number [protected]

Additionally i also require starplusnchannel but when i try to recharge from my account it asks for a password and i don’t remember setting any password for the same

Please resolve immediately

I've recharged with base pack via UPI, the money is deducted from my account today on 13 May 2019, but it doesn't show any activation done. Customer care is not available, poor service.

I purchased Sundirect HD, from the day one complaint on dth hanging, very poor quality and unprofessional behavior with the customer care service.
No response for the customer complaints and blocking the phone numbers.
