[Resolved] Sun Direct — unresponsive | |||
I had been calling the sun direct team since weeks and after the ivr they do it get me connected to the representative. I’m highly unhappy with this. Additionally i have to change my mobile number in sun direct from my old one to new one. I've recharged with base pack via UPI, the money is deducted from my account today on 13 May 2019, but it doesn't show any activation done. Customer care is not available, poor service.
