Sun Direct — validity closed before 12 months | |||
Hi My smart card number is [protected], i am from bangalore, i took new connection during april16, after i recharged for 12 month on 13th oct17 by paying rs.2850/-, suddenly from 15th aug17 my cable got disconnected. I approached customer care as they said due to technical issue it has taken monthly deduction pack, we will raise compliant and technical team will get back you in 48hrs. No one is reverting back on this, after if i call them they are saying back end team has closed the ticket, this is happening form me since 15th aug17, i am calling them daily they are raising ticket again and again some one is closing. Finally no resolve, please do not recommend sun direct to any one. Even customer care doesn't know how to speak with customer. Not sure i am raising compliant in this forum i hope this will resolve.
