[Resolved] Sun Direct — validity was showing one year and i have recharged for one year, but got the channels only for 9 months | |||
I have recgarged for 1 year subscription of malayalam channels on[protected]Sun direct), and yesterday its showing my validity is over. I am also not getting any channels and there are 3 months remaining. I have contacted the customer care and they were telling that the amount by which i have recharged is for 6 months only, and some balance amount was there in my account, that is why i got the channels for 3 more months. But we use to recharge based on the information shown in site only. Now because the trai regulation has come, that thing is not there in the site too. I have searched in the net and it is also showing 2600/ validity 365 days. So disgusting. Now they are telling to send a mail to customer care, and they will refund the amount, if there is mistake from their side. (I dont know how long it is going to take). From customer point of view, there is mistake from there side only. And if the new rules have not come, how could have we believed in the integrity of amount and validity displayed in the site.
