I recharged my pack of rs 1600 as on jan 15 which is valid for 6 months. Nw without any information all the channels has been removed eventhough they dint even sent an sms to us this pack has been migrated.. I called to customer care after saying the problem he said i will renew the pack sir all the channels will be available as per earlier but after 1hour i checked channels are not coming.. I don’t know what u think about ur coustomers. No correct response.. Give solution for this.
