[Resolved] Sun Direct — very poor customer response.. reg | |||||
I had taken up dth for 6 months kannada channels pack. From past 10 days am not getting channels such as star sports-1 animal planet, discovery channel etc. I learnt that these channels need to be subscribed. I did subscribe once again and transferred money on line. But the channels have not been activated. Worst of all is help lines are not working If customer is not important for sun direct they must shut their shop and inform customers My cell no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
