Sun Direct — Very very poor service

This is Vrinda Nair residing at B-28/102, Suvarna Sandhya, Sector-9, Mira Road 401107. It may be for around six to seven years that i'm using sun direct. Its in my name (Vrinda Nair). The smart card no. is [protected]. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E48, E52, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service number for the past 3 weeks[protected]. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 200 calls (from my both Mobile numbers). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?
The persons who attended my calls are the following:
i. sangeeta
ii. sandeep
iii. pinky
iv. tarun, etc.
And the main culprit AMIT KUMAR (FLOOR SUPERVISOR) said that by 24 hours he will clear all my problems regarding the same and he guaranteed saying that he is 100% sure that within 24 hrs he will clear my problem. And today this fellow didn't receive my call.
All these people always asks me my address and the details but they never turn up to help me. They always say that “HAMARI TARAF SE PURI SAHAYATA KI JAA RAHI HAI”, BUT TILL NOW I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY SAHAYATA FROM THEIR SIDE. REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR OFFICE BECAUSE IF THEY CAN’T TURN UP TO HELP A CUSTOMER THEN WHY THE HELL ARE THEY WORKING THERE AND WHY ARE THEY CALLING THEMSELVES AS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE???
Tell me the meaning of customer care service as I have not received any customer care service from your side. These above mentioned people are useless and you are wasting your money by giving them the SALARY.
I feel very proud that all the south indian management is very perfect and time-punctual in every aspect, but this sun direct management being an south indian company, the service in Mumbai very very poor.
I'm frustrated. One time I used to say to my colleagues and friends that sun direct is the best in service but today I feel shame to say to any one that I'm using sun direct because the service and management is very very poor now-a-days. Do the necessary help or else give me back my money and also give me all the expenses that i have incurred by using this sun direct. U can take away your chatha (umbrella), the waste dabba (setup box) and the useless remote.
