[Resolved] Sun Direct — Very very very late bad worst service | |
Sun direct is always a very very late bad worst service I have ever seen. If I have recharged I would call a sun direct customer care service for my picture telecast. If any price changed for any pack there is no notification with that pack in sun direct app. Customer care service is very very very worst they can't attend the call or it says check the number u have dialled but it's the customer care number in sun direct app. Chatting service is also worst it's never be a attention for a customer question and at first they not connected with customer. If I subscribed any single channel from sun direct app that's also not been picturised after a long war between customer support service then would be channel be telecasted. It's a very worst service. If I want any process in sun direct service there is a great war to gain that process.
