My sc no [protected] vide my complaint on july 22nd 2017 one lady called me from sun direct and said that my problem will be solved within 48 hours then they will contact me and refund my money and tell the details. 4 days passed away no one contacted me so far and i dont know about my complaint status. is this is the way you people work? dont you have any duty consciousness? what is the sun tv management doing? do they pay their employees just to cheat customers money like me and also for not answering the complaints? you have devoured my money with the help of your careless workers. such a negligence. you are ready to do mistakes but are not ready to clarify and solve everything.
