Sun Direct — We are not getting 4 channels and customer service also not responding

From 13th April we are recharged for the Sun Direct but we are not getting for Channels respectively Gemini Gemini Movies Maa TV and ETV we have complete for customer service they are not provided anything this is the waste and worst connection in India please don't go for this network after paying money also we are not able to see the fire 6 channels
