[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Worrong smart card recharged

We are having two sun direct stb .we have to do recharge for cdsn number based box but my mistake done recharge for smart card based.need to change this recharge from smart card number.called customer care regarding this issue they told if recharge done through sun direct website or app only they can modify the recharge .I used paytm for recharge.sun direct customer care informed me to contact Paytm while contacting Paytm they told amount successfully credited to sun direct account so they can't do anything and contact sun direct .I have done three months tamil economy pack recharge rupees 554.
