[Resolved]  Sun Direct — worst service by sundirect. no response from customer care

Hi,
The worst service by sundirect. I have recharged first with base pack and not all channels are broadcasting. Im trying to watch news channels but E52 error is showing on the screen. Im keep on trying to connect customer care om Saturday and sunday. As no one is picking the call or sometimes the call is denying automatically. This is not right service giving to the customers. And im planning to switch to another DTH. I dont want to waste my money.The other DTHs are far better than sun direct.
