Sun Direct — Worst service - rechrged rs230-3 days bacl | |||
I am using sun direct wih the smart card no. [protected], Three days back i was recharged with the amount of Rs230. frankly am fed-up with this service. But still am not getting the channels, when i was tried to customer care team, they were confirming that there is a technical problem in their office. it will be resolved in few hours. But the thing is 3 days completed today i called back to customer care still am getting the same answer(some more hours required). if they have technical problem in their area, why they are accepting the amount while recharging. They should have to send a message having some technical problem will be resolved in few hours. when we called to customer care than only they will inform that they were having some problem. Is this the way to reach customer satisfaction. i feel very worst service(even this word is not enough to say). Was this information helpful? | |||
