Installed hd setup box, Telugu sports plus, annual subscription, in Feb 2017. So far, it worked for only for a few weeks in these 3 months after raising 7-8 complaints in between. Technician cheated by charging extra money during warranty period and fixed broken clamps twice, misbehaving, etc. Spoke to supervisor Santhosh on the toll free number just a few days ago and nothing happened after that. I lost 2 months of subscription due to substandard and cheap service provided so far. As this has been persisting since a few months from the date of installation, I am thinking of raising a complaint with Karnataka consumer forum. I see several complaints here as well. There is immense loss. My subscription should be extended accordingly at free of cost.
