I had recharged last year january 2018 As 1year package on sep i called customer care and asked for telugu cinema club channel he told recharge at Rs.250/- after recharged converted into 6months package . similarly i maintaining a credit balance in my sun direct app My validity is up to 28th FEB 2019 But on 24 he automatically changed the pack without any intimation.Now i called customer care he told we can't do anything you have to suffer wat i recharged automatically that's all.
