[Resolved] Sun Direct — wrong message passed by the company | |||
Company representative called me and asked me to recharge with inr 993/- to get my present hd package to be renewed for next 6months, but when i recharged as said at their agent place i see only sd package got activated, but i was in hd plan since the time i opted sundirect but they changed my plan and says the amount is applicable for sd package only after getting recharge done Was this information helpful? | |||
