I have charged with basic pack of rs130/- after opting for selected channels it doesn't activate... Complained through mail & chatting, but of no use... These lazy goose people want to torcher customer by the order of trai...my subscriber no. Is [protected] Karnataka
From yesterday sun direct HD program not viewed and the remote was not acting and the setter box was showing green color and not was changing to red by pressing remote keys too...
