[Resolved]  Sun Direct — zee picture kannada and zee kannada channels are deactivated although validity is yet to complete after 4 months

We have bought sun direct hd dish with above cdsn no [protected] activated with kannada pack. It included hd channels along with other kannada channels validity upto 6 months, but from may 2nd of 2020, we are deactivated with zee kannada channel and we are not even getting zee picture kannada channel. Please mend and facilitate.

Although validity is not yet completed, we are deacivated with these channels. Acivate these channels.
