[Resolved] Sun Direct — zee telugu pack is not activated

We have paid for telugu channels package. But recently our z telugu package is deactivated. Your customer care no. S are not responding eventhough we have called so many times. We have sent e mail also. But they all are waste. Our smartcard no. Is [protected]. So please activate z telugu package.
