I have been using SUN HD DTH for the past one year. I get one of the worst service from SUN DTH customer care.First of all they dont have toll free number.Each time you call you should go through nonsense IVR and you should waste your money. If the DTH validity expired, you are gone.You should call the customer care exclusively available for HD. The customer care officer will ask your name, contact number and address each and every time you call them. The procedure they follow to activate the account is very very idiotic. They say the DTH should be on while we talking over the phone with them and should keep changing the channels for 2 minutes in order to get the connection back. They don't have any simple procedure than this.Otherwise it takes 48 hours for the package to get activated.Very unpleasant experience with SUN DTH.
