Sun NXT — Amount debited from Account but not activated

Hi
I recently tried to upgrade my basic subscription to premium subscription and for that i had paid 799 through razorpay merchant where the payment was successful ( trans id - pay_KLgL7WMuSwnGuM) on @4th Sep 2022 14.36.21 PM. even after multiple follow ups via email ([protected]@sunnxt.com) on 24 sep 2022, 1 oct 2022 3 oct 2022 no response was received.
