I purchased sun next plan for 799/- rupees,
I am using amazon prime, hotstar and sun next. But frustrated while viewing sun next movies for the following reasons:
Sun next app Frequently buffering (My wifi speed is good, as amazon prime and hotstar doesn't have such problems);
And when ever we contact their customer service one lady pick up the phone and told all service executives are bussy please call after ten minutes.i called more times but i received same replay
Sun NXT customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
