On April 14 2022 recharged for Rs.50 ( monthly subscription) via Paytm amount got debited, received message like subscription is successful. But still subscription is not activated.

    நான் Rs.99 க்கு ரீசார்ஜ் செய்துள்ளேன். ஆனால் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் sun nxt open செய்யும் போது add amount என்றே வருகிறது. வேறு எதுவும் open ஆகவில்லை.

        Already subscribed but its again showing to subscribe

        I have subscribed the sun nxt app on Nov 21. Plan Rs 799 annual, but now i couldn't open to see movies as it is mentioning to pay the fees again. Kindly look into it and solve the issues immediately.

            Sun nxt subscription not getting in tv and cash is gone.

            I subscribed to sun nxt 1 month package Rs.99 and still iam not able to watch movie with that subscribed account and cash is gone.The payment is showing failiure and cash has not yet refund....

                My sunnxt subscription expired on 13 dec 2021, however i renewed it on 17th sep 2021 before expiry. However there is no subscription available now even after renewing before expiry. kindly solve the issue.

                    I purchased sun next plan for 799/- rupees,
                    I am using amazon prime, hotstar and sun next. But frustrated while viewing sun next movies for the following reasons:
                    Sun next app Frequently buffering (My wifi speed is good, as amazon prime and hotstar doesn't have such problems);
                    And when ever we contact their customer service one lady pick up the phone and told all service executives are bussy please call after ten minutes.i called more times but i received same replay

                        Wich you added recent movies are not playing in TV it’s seem some technical issues what’s wrong with you if we subscribe for this issue
