Sun NXT — Only one device is working

I am a sun nxt user form past one year, my user name is [protected], i have used one mobile phone and one smart tv, last month i have bought new mobile and i have uninstalled ths SUN NXT app form that old mobile and installed in New mobile but it is not working showing as

[protected] associated with maximum allowed no of divices, please deregister one or more device from already logged in devices.

after that i have again installed and checked with same old mobile phone, now that old phone is also not working and showing the same above error.
