Sun NXT — subscription for one month from feb 28 to march 28

I have paid 50 for monthly subscription on 28 th february 2020.
The same day we have watched for 1 hour and logged out
Next day when i was trying to login it is asking to subscribe
Kindly resolve this issue check your records for clarification

The follwing is the ackonwledgement for the payment made to sunnxt from the bank debiting the amount.
