I had purchased the sun nxt premium plan on 25th march 2023. The payment of Rs 799 was made using paytm upi. transaction id:[protected]
This plan is not functional. I have written multiple emails to [protected]@sunnxt.com
Everytime, they have asked for the screenshot of the transaction and I have shared the same. Their system works uniquely.
When I log a complaint. I get two mails
mail 1: Dear User,
Thanks for writing to us.
We confirm the receipt of your query and it has been assigned to one of our support executives. You would get an update as soon as possible. The Case ID assigned to your query is Og-xxxxxx.
We are happy to assist you.
followed by
mail 2: Dear Sir,
Thanks for writing to us.
Kindly share us the requested details to resolve the issue. Attached reference copy in the mail.

Reference copy is a sample of paytm receipt, that I have attached and sent to them 4 times which has the transaction id, amount, date, from and to clearly mentioned.
