I have been using Sun Direct for the Past Two Years. Every Time when I Recharge Sun Direct the SunNxt will be given as Free as per your Norms if we recharge for more than 6 months.
But for the Past Two Recharges I have done for the 6 months Recharge I can't able to use the SunNxt app and it is logged in and if we click on any of the videos then it is viewed as Please Subscribe the Sun Direct.
I Have escalated this Issue many times to Customer Care and every time I escalate this issue the Customer care tries to divert the Issues or tries to cut the call and they don't even try to listen to the issue or try to sort it out. They said they will send me the mail regarding the above issue within 24 hours but for the past 7 days I didn't receive any mail.
Please try to sort out the above issues as soon as possible or else I won't use Sun Direct from then and I don't even suggest anyone for the same as this is the worst customer care I have ever faced.
