Sun NXT — Unethical behaviour

I paid Rs 799 on oct 28th 2022 and joined premium memberbut for the past three weeks i was not able to watch any movies.
has sent many mails to x=sun nxt But no steps taken
When i tried to press play i am asked to pay the subscription again.
please check my payment and allow me to watch movies for which i joined as a premium member Raji subramanian
