Sun Star Club — Not providing any response or services even after making payment

On 16.12.2016, I received a call from sunstar club that they have arranged a dinner for couple and u r invited for dinner at hotel golden tulip, jaipur. Mr. Shiv (mobile no. [protected]) along with team was available and they mentioned about the plan of the company at rate of Rs. 1.75 lakhs for 20 years and it was mentioned that the amount may be paid in instalments. I paid Rs. 18000/- through credit card via pos machines which was received in the name of Good luck hotels pvt. ltd. but afterwards no kit has been received nor the company officials are receiving any call on toll free no. given on site.
