Sun Star Club — Sunstar club club could not give hotel booking and not even refunding money

I got call from sunstar club to have meeting in nidra hotel, fatehgunj, vadodara.in meeting they demonstrated about new club and option of hotel stay 12 nights every year for 20 years. And i paid 1.2 lack in january-2017.

Now i call all the no. They given but not active this no.

This is a very big fraud. So what can i do?
