Order #47059 was placed on july 29, 2019 on this site for a saree and received a defective old saree on 02.08.19 at 20.00 hr (Night). When i tried to call [protected] a computerised message was given to fill the form for return & call disconnected every time. I fill the form also with my bank details & also send mail at [protected]@sundarwomen.com but no reply from company side. The site having no address or call details. No option to know the refund status on the website. I am very disappointed about my amount of rs.647 which were paid cash on delivery to bluedart courier. I received wrong product...I ordered siuts of Rs.1510/- and they send sarees . please help me to return it. If I call their given phone no they told to submit return complain on there web site... there web address is wrong. There is no such type of web site to return my product...
