They send me saree but that is very damaged from all the sides..

They gave some help line no to contact, but the number said for complain please write email to us, and the given mail i'd is not responding

Hi, my name is nisha patil. I am order 2 kurti. I pay for this rs 1080 and they delivered the wrong item. So i want my money back. I am submited the return form, send mail on there help id and msg also, but they dont respond me, on product return address is 17, nilaknath surat by radha creation. I want my money back in any condition. Please help me what i do. They dont give any contact no only mail id is there....

Sir maine sundarwomen.com se ek kurti fancy designer kurti 68 ka order kiya tha 30 july ko jiska oeder no. Sun49319 hai jiska mujhe worng product mila hai is order par mujhe kurti ki jagah saadi aai hai jo ki bahut hi rugf hai bilkul low qwalty hai maine jo product order kiya yha wo order nahi mila hai main neche order ki photo or milne bale product dono ki photo uplod kar raha hu do product bilkul diffrent hai.
So plz solve my product...

I ordered white saree from sundarwomen.com on 29th july 2017
With my AWB Bluedart no. [protected]
Amount Payable Rs 647

And i went and got it at Bluedart damoh madhya Prasdesh, and paid Rs 650 on 5th August 2019

After then i openend the package
And my item was not there instead thier was a cheap Red saree which is ripped, smelling, full of dirt and has mouse bites totally damaged and...

Booked online above kurtis 235 on 26.07.2019 in [protected]@sundarwomen.com site @ rs 399.00 it will be charged rs 539.00 on cash on delivery. Shipment arrived on 04.08.2019 through blue dart courier. When we open found half piece of saree instead of fancy designer kurtis 235. See photo attached. Please take action against ihim and replace the above kurtis and retrurn the money as early as possible....

Order #47059 was placed on july 29, 2019 on this site for a saree and received a defective old saree on 02.08.19 at 20.00 hr (Night). When i tried to call [protected] a computerised message was given to fill the form for return & call disconnected every time. I fill the form also with my bank details & also send mail at [protected]@sundarwomen.com but no reply from company side.

The site having no address or call details. No option...

647 ruppes kurti i booked but instead of it they sended saree to it. I need my money back please refund my money by taking this package back and also this saree is also damaged piece.
So can you please check and refund my money to my account.
Also this is very bad to any of costumer because this type of frauds are not going to be eradicate. Can you please check this....

I have requested for return and also gives written mail on company registered side but no one reply from their side. I have also register complaint on goverment customer grievance side. Please solve this matter asap.

This company is a fraud...I ordered kurti of amount 540 and they have delivered a torn Saree which hardly cost 100 rs...filled the return form but no response...they don't even have any contact number. No one is responding on the email id given [protected]@sundarwomen.com...This clearly shows that they are cheating us...FRAUD COMPANY PLZ DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE😡😡...

Mode of payment was cash on delivery.
I am very disappointed as i received another product instead of my order, i ordered fancy designer kurti (104), but unfortunately i received saree packed with lable saying fancy designer kurti.
Seriously, i never thought ordering from this website be such a troublesome.br...

I have ordered 4 kurthi and they delivered 4 dupatta which is of cheap quality and completely not worth of money. For the product, I paid 2156 . In the website, there is no customer care number itself. For the mail sent also there is no response from them. I just need to return the product and get my money back from them as soon as possible. It would be nice if any action is been taken...
