[Resolved] Sundirect — about the pack and amount taken | |||||
I bought sundirect connection on[protected] and at that time they charge me 3090 for the connection and three month subscription of mega hd pack. On 5-03-19 my service was stoped and when i contacted the customer service they it's coz of trai. As per the pack which i bought it clearly say that i should get 3 months of subscription.. Called customer service they don't understand the issue and there was no service for 3 days... Post that they started the service with very less channels as compared to the mega pack with the validity till 8-04-19 which ideally should be till[protected]. I have paid the amount they ask and now this is harrasment... Pathetic service and even worst customer service they have... Called them several times but all in vain.
