[Resolved] Sundirect — bad customer service and lot of technical issues | |||
1. Every now and then i get a stop service message. Called many times to fix this but no success yet. (Will you pay me back for the days i am not able to view; for this the response, i got from ms shameena floor supervisor is we can not give and we did whatever we can; nothing else we can do. You have to wait thats all.) 2. Its very difficult to get connected with call center. And even if gets connected its being disconnected by the agents when they run out of answers and solutions. 3. Looks like employees you have there dosen't carry any knowledge of issues and solutions apart from saying sorry. 4. Never got any permanent solutions for my issues.
