I had called customer care it took me 10 to 15 min n after connecting no proper response n clarification and wen i asked abt hd channels to be recharged they told me tat hd channels don work in my sun hd set top box hw shocking i had purchased hd set top box frm sun direct 3 years back and wen purchased they had given me hd pack complementary fr one month bt nw they r telling me to purchase new hd set top box y sud i pay again fr hd set top box wen i had bought one n if it is nt supporting hd channels let them replace my set top box Was this information helpful? | |||
