I am existing customer of sundirect services . It’s expensive always . So this time I tried recharging the basic FTA pack ( which includes only free channels like DD at Rs 58 ) . But most channels mentioned in it are not visible. I called customer care 5 times till now . They are like you should yourself add FTA channels o[censored]a choice in our website by logging in . I did everytng and still I am not able to watch it . Such a bad service . Since it’s a basic pack they are least bothered . Because all their other packs are very expensive .
