[Resolved]  SunDirect DTH — Not fulfilling the commitments after debiting the charges for recharging Sun Direct DTH subscription

On 19th Sept an amount of INR 1500 was debited through my SBT debit card for crediting the amount in my Sundirect DTH subscription no. [protected], the amount is neither credited in Sundirect nor refunded in my SBT account in stead of the Mobikwik team fooliing us by transferring the fund to my wallet and sundirect account. Since 19th 3 time the fund was refunded to my wallet after I transfer to the mentioned DTH service provider. Neither they call back as confirmed while calling their service desk nor the amount is transfered to my Sundirect DTH or to my sbt account.
