[Resolved]  Sundirect — Recharge failed

Recharge was made on 24april 2023, 3:26 PM.
Amount (1729) has debited/deducted from the account.
But recharge failed. Transaction ID=62545068.
I called customer service and was told that it would be refunded within 7 days.

I request the refund to be done as soon as possible.
