Recharged but channels not responding.24/7 numbers of sundirect not working. Missed call serviice fake. Live chat - waiting for long but no response from them. Mailed but no reply... Ivrs call waited for 35 min to connect for almost 10 times but no use... Id-[protected] Ph-[protected] Need justification in this regard from company.. I have to shift to other network for this.. I have done the recharge yesterday with 154 twice. Validity shows April 16. But nothing is activated. Now I am losing the days. Take immediate action . Otherwise I will be pulled towards consumer court
