Sundirect — Relocation Of Sun Direct, - No response from Sun Direct Technician | |||
This is Sujatha Nair, House No. 41D, Building No. P8, SRS Royal Hills Building, Faridabad Sector 87, Harayana. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 2010 in my Husband's name (Goukuldas Nair), for monthly subscription. The smart card no. is[protected]. We had relocated our house on 19th August 2015 and called the customer care on 21st Aug 2015 to reinstall the sun direct dish. I spoke to Nikhil he gave me the compliant no.([protected]) and told me that within 48hrs technician will give a call, But there was no response till 24th Aug 2015. Again called up to customer care they told me that a distributer will give you a call. Next day(25th Aug 2015) we got call from Mr. Hari Om (GURU Distributer), he twice called up to confirmed the Address and gave an appointment by 3:00pm. The person didnt come that same day. Again next day i call Mr HariOm in his mobile number his response was that he didnt receive any complaint no. and he didnt gave us a call. Then i had argument with him anyhow he told us that he would come tomorrow, till 4:00pm we waited for him but still didnt come. Then again we had called him up and his answer was “in your place lot of wiring have to be done so he cant take the project and won’t be able to deliver the service.”Meanwhile there was no response from sundirect regarding any confirmation of project status. On 30th August i had call the customer care again, Spoke to M/s Asha she told me that she had forwarded the request to technical department. But still by today evening NO RESPONSE from technical department. Then again i had to call the sun direct customer care, the customer care executive Mr. Prudumen (Untrained CCE) was not at all supportive. He was like recorded answering machine. I asked him to transfer the call tothe supervisor/senior his answer was“the supervisor was busy”so then i asked “any senior person call could transfered but his answer was that: this call cannot be transfer to any representative”I cant believe that a call centre management software call cant be transferred to his senior. This is worst experience i had with CCE in my Life. The moral of this service is “Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians”. Till now no response.
