[Resolved] Sundirect — unable to recharge smart card no [protected] | |||||
Halo Sundirect Team for past 2 days I am trying to recharge my sundirect DTH. everytime the trasaction is failed. Even in sundirect website also same problem. I am unable to contact customer care. The phone is discontinuing for one ring. From 3rd of August I was not getti ng ZEE TAMIL channel. And from the very nextday the other channels are also not coming. I called so many times the Customer care and I tried to recharge but no use but there is problem it seems. No number is not working. The tollfree numbers are also not working and I am getting server unreachable. What's wrong with SUN DIRECT. Was this information helpful? | |||||
